I prefer the oil, to the gummies, however I started with gummies first.
After a period of approx 2 months , I have noticed improvements in anxiety levels (as I have PTSD & Complex trauma) which after years of treatment had not improved.
My anxiety levels have dropped significantly in comparison to the past.
I'm sleeping better and for longer, and it's helping me with arthritis which I have significant hot spots through out my body & is helping with memory recall.
