Faulty Products: If you believe you have received a faulty product, please reach out to us immediately. Faulty products may include items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defects, or do not match the description or sample provided.

- We may require the product to be sent back to us for further evaluation (Canna Valley Organics will cover any shipping costs in this case).

- If the product is deemed faulty, customers will be offered a replacement. We will dispatch the new product as soon as possible.
Limitations:
- This policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
